Our CrossFit Teens class is geared towards young athletes, ages 12-16. All fitness levels are welcome and can benefit from this program. Workouts are scaled to meet each individual's ability levels and needs. ​

Our teens class is designed to increase athleticism, enhance sports performance, increase confidence, promote health and fitness, and prevent sports injury. ​
​
All classes will be led by Myles Lewis. Myles is the owner of CrossFit Avalanche, a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Coach, and a member of the CrossFit Level 1 & 2 Seminar Staff. He's been teaching CrossFit for over 15 years and has a knack for training kids and teens. Myles will focus on teaching each teen proper movements and body mechanics, prioritizing safety and efficacy.
