Our CrossFit Teens class is geared towards young athletes, ages 12-16. All fitness levels are welcome and can benefit from this program. Workouts are scaled to meet each individual's ability levels and needs.
Our teens class is designed to increase athleticism, enhance sports performance, increase confidence, promote health and fitness, and prevent sports injury.
All classes will be led by Myles Lewis. Myles is the owner of CrossFit Avalanche, a Certified CrossFit Level 3 Coach, and a member of the CrossFit Level 1 Seminar Staff. He's been teaching CrossFit for over 10 years and has a knack for training kids and teens. Myles will focus on teaching each teen proper movements and body mechanics, prioritizing safety and efficacy.
Each Teen session runs for 4 weeks. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
