MomFit is a semi-private CrossFit class, specifically designed for the busy mom. The goal of this program is to provide a motivating and positive environment, where moms get physically and mentally fit, and children are welcome!
All classes are led by Beth Hill, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Superstar Mom. Programming is designed around your specific goals and ability levels. Childcare will be offered at no additional charge, allowing you to focus on you and your workout.
MomFit runs for 4 weeks. Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 am.
Price: $200 (Childcare is included.)
