MomFit is a semi-private CrossFit class, specifically designed for the busy mom.

The goal of this program is to provide a motivating and positive environment, where moms get physically and mentally fit, and children are welcome! 

All classes are led by Beth Hill, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Superstar Mom. Programming is designed around your specific goals and ability levels. Childcare will be offered at no additional charge!

MomFit runs for 4 weeks. Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:30 - 11:30 am.

Price: $200 (Childcare is included.)
