Elements

MWF  8:15am
MW 10:30am

Our Elements class is perfect for new members and/or those looking for a lighter load. Our Elements classes are similar to our Level 1 CrossFit classes in their aim to increase overall general physical preparedness. During Elements, we focus on good form, movement, mobility and flexibility.  The workouts are designed the same but to lesser degree of load bearing movements and are set at a fairly slower pace. Like all of our classes, during Elements, we emphasize proper technique while helping you find the appropriate modifications and mobility exercises to get you moving safely, efficiently & effectively.
Restorative Yoga

Tuesdays  8:30am
Sundays 10:45am

Our Restorative Yoga class with Alison is complimentary to your CrossFit routine, as it’s known for its relaxing, calming and healing effects. Through the use of props that allow you to hold poses longer, Restorative Yoga gives you all the benefits of deep, passive stretching. Benefits include improved capacity for healing, balanced nervous and immune system, improved sleep, enhanced mood, centered body and mind, deep relaxation, immunity boost, and improved breathing.
Pilates
Pilates

Saturdays 10:30am

Our intensive Pilates class with Ingrid is designed to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and inner awareness. Movements focus on muscle control, posture, and breathing, with an emphasis on stability and core strength. Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Core exercises train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony, much like the weightlifting belt used by powerlifters. CrossFit, as well as many other sports and physical activities, depends on stable core muscles.
Winter Conditioning

Every Fall

Our Winter Conditioning Course will focus on preparing our bodies for the physical demands of mountain adventures...skiing, snowboarding, back country, ice skating, shoveling or just tromping through the snow, the list is endless. WODs focusing on plyometrics, agility exercises, and strength training, will increase power, speed, stamina and balance.
