CrossFit Avalanche is located in the heart of Kings Beach, just a short walk from beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are an active mountain community filled with passion, positivity, and camaraderie.
Our classes are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts are designed to improve accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina and strength. Our classes will prepare you for any adventure Tahoe has to offer.
Your safety is our number one priority. All classes are led by a professional trainer, begin with a warm-up and end with stretches. All workouts are scaled according to each individual's goals, preferences, and ability level.

On-ramp
All members must complete our
on-ramp course. This is a 1 hour
introductory course in which you will learn foundational movements, mechanics & methodology of CrossFit. It is designed to get you moving safely, efficiently & effectively. Upon completion of the on-ramp course, you will be eligible for a 1 month 3x per week membership.

*Drop-ins are intended for out-of-town, EXPERIENCED individuals. Follow the register link above for available class times.
Please pre-register online & arrive 15 minutes before your class begins.
If you'd like to do your own programming, please sign-up for open gym.

There are 11 on-site parking spots.
You can also find 2 public parking lots located to the left and right on Rainbow Street. Street parking is available May 1st - Nov. 1st.
