CrossFit Avalanche is located in the heart of Kings Beach, just a short walk from beautiful Lake Tahoe. We are an active mountain community filled with passion, positivity, and camaraderie

 

Our classes are comprised of constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity. Workouts are designed to improve accuracy, agility, balance, coordination, endurance, flexibility, power, speed, stamina and strength. Our classes will prepare you for any adventure Tahoe has to offer.

 

Your safety is our number one priority. All classes are led by a professional trainer, begin with a warm-up and end with stretches. All workouts are scaled according to each individual's goals, preferences, and ability level

On-ramp

All members must complete our

on-ramp course. This is a 1-day introductory course in which you will learn foundational movements, mechanics & methodology of CrossFit. It is designed to get you moving safely, efficiently & effectively. Upon completion of the on-ramp course, you will receive a 1 month 3x per week membership. 

 

On-ramp courses are typically scheduled one Saturday per month, 10:45am - 12:00pm. Click on the link above to view our next scheduled on-ramp.

 

If you are unable to attend a scheduled

on-ramp course, please email info@crossfitavalanche.com to schedule a private session.

$160 (includes introductory course, plus 1 month 3x per week membership)

*Memberships are for those who have successfully completed an on-ramp course. All new members must sign-up for on-ramp before joining CrossFit Avalanche.

*Drop-in sessions & 10-packs are

intended for out-of-town, EXPERIENCED individuals that would like to participate in a CrossFit class. This is also an option for EXPERIENCED individuals that would like to attend without the commitment of a monthly membership.

Family Friendly

Mom's Group

M/W  10:30 - 11:30 AM

Semi-private group training. Childcare provided at no additional cost. Each

session runs for 4 weeks. Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays, 10:30 -11:30 am.

CrossFit Preschool

THURSDAYS  10:30 - 11:30 AM

Specifically designed for children ages 3-5 years old. The goal of this program is to link fun with fitness in a safe and positive environment. It’s never too early to promote a life-long thirst for health!

Childcare

T/Th  3:00 PM

$5/child/class. Available upon request only. Must be scheduled 1 week in advance.
 
Independent children are always welcome to hang-out in our lounge area while parents workout.

There are 11 on-site parking spots.

You can also find 2 public parking lots located to the left and right on Rainbow Street. Street parking is available May 1st - Nov. 1st.
