CrossFit really is for everyone! Our preschool program is specifically designed for children ages 3-5. The goal of this program is to link fun with fitness in a safe and positive environment. It’s never too early to promote a life-long thirst for health!
Imagination and play is at the core of our curriculum; a squat turns into a super hero pose, an obstacle course into a valley of hot lava. Through games and age appropriate movement, children will work on gross motor skills and coordination. Our activities help children develop strength, confidence, social skills, and physical and mental awareness. We begin each class with a hello circle and end with stretches. Parents are always welcome to join in the fun! Please contact us to sign up.
Price: $15/child/class (sibling discount upon request)
CrossFit is for moms too! Our Mom's Group is a semi-private CrossFit class, specifically designed with the busy mom in mind. The goal of this program is to provide a motivating and positive environment, where moms get fit and children are welcome!
All classes are led by Beth Hill, a CrossFit Level 1 trainer and Superstar Mom. Programming is designed around your specific goals and ability levels. Childcare will be offered at no additional charge, allowing you to focus on you and your workout.
Each Mom's Group session runs for 4 weeks. Classes are held on Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:30 - 11:30 am. Follow the sign-up link for available sessions.
Price: Each 4 week session is $160 (Childcare is included.)
